The Longevity Formula — Built on Published Research

Ten ingredients. Each at the dose that appears in peer-reviewed studies. None of the fillers, cheap forms, or marketing-grade micro-doses.

This is a research-grounded starter formula — not a standardized finished product. Doses are evidence-based maintenance recommendations for healthy adults. Individual responses vary. Consult your physician before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you have a medical condition or take prescription medications. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. The Formula

10 ingredients · 22 capsules/day · Each dose is study-attributed — see citations in line.

NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide)

500 mg

A 2023 randomized placebo-controlled trial (PMID 36482258, n=80) found 300–900 mg NMN daily significantly raised blood NAD+ concentrations and improved walking distance over 60 days in healthy middle-aged adults; 500 mg reflects a dose within the studied range for sustained daily use. (PMID 36482258)

Micro PQQPQQ (as Micro PQQ)

20 mg

A 2015 randomized crossover study (PMID 26226960, n=29) found 20 mg/day PQQ disodium salt reduced LDL cholesterol and trended toward improved metabolic markers over 12 weeks in healthy adults; Micro PQQ is disodium PQQ at pharmaceutical-grade purity. (PMID 26226960)

Pterostilbene

100 mg

A 2013 safety and dose-ranging trial (PMID 23431291, n=80) used 50–250 mg/day pterostilbene over 6–8 weeks and found no adverse hepatic, renal, or glucose markers; 100 mg/day represents a midpoint maintenance dose with established tolerability data. (PMID 23431291)

CoQ10 (Ubiquinone)

200 mg

A 12-year follow-up of a randomized trial (PMID 29641571) found that 200 mg/day CoQ10 combined with selenium over 4 years produced sustained cardiovascular mortality reduction; ubiquinone is stable and well-absorbed in lipid-soluble capsule formulation. (PMID 29641571)

Fisetin 98%

Provisional — dose pending confirmation
100 mg

Fisetin has been studied primarily as a pulsed senolytic. Continuous low-dose use at 100 mg/day is provisional — data is emerging and this dose is listed without confirmed efficacy claims for continuous use.

Spermidine 3HCl

1.75 mg

A 2018 safety and tolerability study (PMID 29315079, n=30 older adults with cognitive decline) found approximately 1.2 mg/day spermidine from food-grade spermidine-3HCl was well-tolerated over 3 months; 1.75 mg of the 3HCl salt delivers approximately 1–1.2 mg free spermidine. (PMID 29315079)

AvailOm®Omega-3 EPA/DHA (AvailOm® High EPA)

1100 mg EPA+DHA

A 2024 randomized three-way crossover study (PMID 39781273, n=21) found AvailOm®'s L-lysine salt FFA form delivered 9.3× higher EPA+DHA absorption than ethyl ester and 1.57× higher than triglyceride form over 12 hours; the FFA-bound form is selected for superior blood-level response. (PMID 39781273)

LONGVIDA®LONGVIDA® Optimized Curcumin

400 mg

A 2020 randomized trial (PMID 32512782, n=80) found 80 mg LONGVIDA® curcumin daily improved working memory and reduced fatigue over 12 weeks in healthy older adults aged 50–80; LONGVIDA® uses a lipid-matrix technology that markedly increases free curcumin plasma levels vs. standard extract. (PMID 32512782)

Vitamin D3

5000 IU

A 7-year observational study of oral dosing (PMID 30611908) found 5000 IU/day cholecalciferol to be safe in long-term use and effective at achieving target 25(OH)D levels; D3 is the form the skin synthesizes from sunlight. (PMID 30611908)

Albion® Magnesium BisglycinateMagnesium (as Albion® Bisglycinate Chelate Buffered)

200 mg elemental

Magnesium oxide has approximately 4% fractional absorption in controlled studies (PMID 11794633); bisglycinate chelate forms are selected for improved absorption and tolerability over oxide. Albion® chelates are the reference standard. (PMID 11794633)

Why One Formula Beats the Stack

Sourcing these ingredients separately requires 8 bottles and 38 pills per day — vs. 22 capsules in this formula.

Form Quality Gaps

Pricing context

Eight separate longevity supplements from premium single-brand sources cost approximately $190–$220/month in one published competitive comparison. This formula's current live quote is in that range for a consolidated, clinician-selected stack — with quality and dose levels that commodity stacks rarely match.

Exact pricing is quoted live in the builder based on your personalized formula. Example figures are illustrative only and reflect in-one example market research — not a guaranteed price or saving.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why 500 mg NMN instead of the more common 250 mg?

The dose in this formula reflects a studied range from a 2023 randomized controlled trial (PMID 36482258, n=80) that measured blood NAD+ elevation over 60 days. Founders choose their own dose in the builder — 250 mg is also available as a starting point.

Is the Fisetin dose evidence-based for daily continuous use?

Fisetin has been studied primarily as a pulsed senolytic. Continuous daily use at 100 mg is provisional — the evidence base is growing but less definitive than for the other ingredients in this formula. It is listed here with that disclosure.

Can I remove or adjust any ingredient in the builder?

Yes. Every ingredient and its dose is adjustable after you open the formula in the builder. This is a research-grounded starting point — not a fixed product.

Does the formula include stimulants or hormonal compounds?

No stimulants. Spermidine and NMN are naturally occurring polyamine/nucleotide precursors, not hormones. None of the ten ingredients are controlled substances or prescription compounds.
