Google Sign-In and Google User Data

When you sign in to Formula Forge using your Google account, we access only the following Google user data:

  • Email address — used as your unique account identifier and to send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets).
  • Full name — used to personalize your account and display your name on your formula and order history.

We do not access, request, or store any other Google user data. Specifically, we never read your Google contacts, calendar, Drive files, Gmail messages, photos, location, search history, or any other data attached to your Google account.

Google user data we receive is not sold, not shared with advertisers or data brokers, and not used to train AI/ML models. It is stored securely in our authentication database (encrypted at rest) and used only to operate your Formula Forge account.

You can disconnect Google sign-in or delete your account at any time from your account settings, or by emailing privacy@myformulaforge.com. Account deletion permanently removes your email, name, and all associated formula and order data within 30 days.
